This group is for folks around the Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota area. Looking for members to meet on occasion to jam and maybe record tunes for the site. If you would like to join please jump. This could be a lot of fun !!!!!
This is a group for us to kick around the idea of some type of West Coast TG meet-up this summer. I don't really have any idea where exactly or how to make this happen, but we can figure it out. I think eventually TGMat will find us some room on the Forums for this purpose, but for now, let's kick around the idea here.
First off, show of hands if you're in? Or at least, you're interested. I just want to get a ball park figure of how many of us there are on the West Coast that might be able to attend. Maybe West Coast is too large. Should we have a North and South West Coast?
The purpose of this group is for those who wish to host other members from around the world advertise availability. Within this group you can identify obviously where you are and how many people you can host. Now whilst this is not a commercial enterprise, any financial arrangement would be needed to be agreed independant of this Group and the TotallyGuitar site. To save embarrassement maybe an indicator if accommodation is free or not, I appreciate some people might want to host others but are not in a financial situation to do so. I shall start off the adverts in the Group . YOur advert I think is best placed in the Bulletin, then the Discussion part can be for those prospective travelors to make arrangements. The Wall well we make up that bit as we go along!
don't know how to put up new photo - keep getting told the file is too large
using an iMac and firefox
do you have to do something to the photos to get them less than 2 MBs?
A place to discuss those wonderful days of crazy hair and questionable fashion. Post your favorite bands and discuss what you liked and did not like about the era....
Great Scot! Yep, two of them in one day! Al Stewart and now Gerry Rafferty have their own groups. Who doesn't know Baker Street with one of the all time great solo riffs.
Open to all who appreciate the talent and magic of the Late Jerry Garcia. A place where we can discuss Jerry and keep his music alive by helping each other learn to play his tunes.
Yes, there are many of us here that just love airplanes! If you are one, then join us here for some casual discussion on which plane is best and why and some stories about flying in general. Very Off-Topic.
This is a group about video production or editing in general. You can ask questions about how to record yourself for TG, and share what gear or setup is working for you right now.
If I don't know the gear- I can't comment on it or recommend it- but others might be able to.
The groups need a little balance, until yesterday there was only 1 female performer represented. Here's another female singer/song writer you may appreciate.
Tomorrow's star today? This is a really talented singer song writer I found on Youtube and I've decide to adopt her and bring her her to TG. Who can say we're a bunch of middle aged fogies stuck on oldies when we have a group for lovely young woman who can sing and write like this!
This is ridiculous, I've only just discovered Bob Seger, can you believe that? This is for anything and everything about his music for all those like me and all of you who known his music for ever.
Hello,this group is for anybody that is playing ( or trying,or thinking about it)harmonica and guitar together and to share information and tips,,,goodluck
Cobbers, let's get fair dinkum and don't come the raw prawn here. Give everyone a fair suck of the sav. Don't leave me like a shag on a rock, get on board and strewth, don't be scared to open ya north and south and let's not have any agro. If things go true to form we'll have no worries. No tall poppies here so let's tee something up. I know I've opened with a bit too much waffle but if you're a ratbag and think it's all a bit iffy then ya can just rack off. If you're keen then good on ya mate!
