General Troubleshooting Notes:
- The new TotallyGuitars website has been built using current programming methods and practices. With that said, your website browser must meet the miminum recommended specifications including:
- A javascript enabled browser
- A browser with cookies enabled
- An Adobe flash enabled browser, to download flash, please click here.
- TotallyGuitars was designed to work on a wide variety of browsers and computers, but be sure the browser you are using is relatively up to date. Many older browsers (5+ years old) may experience multiple technical issues. Please download the latest version of your browser to ensure the best possible experience. TotallyGuitars recommends viewing this website with Firefox. Firefox can be downloaded for free here.
"Incorrect Password" Error While Attempting to Log In:
Password Recovery Not Working:
- If for some reason you cannot recover your password, be certain you can receive emails from the TotallyGuitars.com server. Please check your spam folders and ensure your ISP does not block email originating from totallyguitars.com
How clear/delete your internet browser's cookies:
- Click the support button at the top of the site. It is a green button. Scroll down to the bottom. Click on clear cookies, restart your browser, login again.
Bad Request: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand....
- Please follow the instructions aboveto clear your cookies.
Cannot Create a New Account:
- If you are having difficulty creating a new account, try using a different username or email address during the signup process. If you only have one email address, we suggest signing up for a free email account at Gmail.
Cannot View Videos:
- If you cannot view the videos in our video section, first understand that you must be have a valid login and be logged into the website.
- If you are logged in, and still cannot access, please be sure you meet the minimum website specifications listed above (Flash and Javascript Enabled)
Cannot Find TARGET Content:
- TARGET Content is only available to those with a paid subscription, to upgrade your existing TG account to provide TARGET Access, sign in and upgrade here. http://www.totallyguitars.com/amember/member.php
