Q. I am looking for an instructional guitar DVD that focuses on some acoustic arrangements of classic rock songs. Are you guys working on anything like that?

A. Funny you should ask. I was just in the process of putting together an instructional guitar DVD that will include fingerstyle arrangements of Beatles tunes. A few years ago I recorded an album which featured over 20 Beatles songs. Ever since I have gotten a lot of requests for the music and tab. Obviously even better would be a DVD that shows me playing and explaining the arrangements.

I do have a book that I have been getting to people who were interested but the video lessons will make them even more accessible to players and teachers. It is available at Joplin & Sweeney Music, and will be available here soon.
