At the end of the vid you say to go to your website for the rest of it. I went to your web site, signed up and spent 20 minutes typing in Walk Don't Run at least 12 times and clicking on all sorts of links that I thought might get ne there but unfortunately I never found it and gave up. Perhaps you could give me a clue as to how to find it.
