Here are some thoughts from Jim ....

"Breathing postures when it comes to singing is really quite simple but of course important. It truly is as simple as this

1 Good body alignment

Stand up straight and with wait on both feet evenly

2 Take a nice low breath let the air fill from the bottom to the top like glass of water filling up from bottom to top Note do not over fill just a nice easy breath in

3 Let your waist expand and the flow up into the rib area and let it expand.

It really is that simple"
