I stay away from the 'easy F' and now find the barre F the cleanest (and simplest) F chord for me. Took a while to develop the handstrength to fully close the barre (particularly on F) but keep at it and it will come. I carry around one of those SQUOOSH balls to squeeze on when I have some quiet time.

I do not seem to be able to get the easy F chord to work for me. I have watched you video many times and understand what you are saying but I just can not get my index finger to bar two strings at once.
