What are the computer requirements to play your streaming videos?

You will want a DSL or broadband internet connection and a computer with at least 1 GB Ram.  Most computers made in the last 5 years should work fine.  If you are able to watch videos on You Tube then you should be able to play ours as well.

After I buy a lesson where do I go to access it?

You can view your lesson anytime and anywhere by going to the pay per lesson homepage and clicking on the "My Lessons" button near the top right of the page

How long are the lessons?

A full lesson consists of a minimum of 8 parts averaging 10 minutes per part.

Is tab included?

Yes

I don't understand. I'm in the TARGET program and already have access to every lesson Neil has done.  Why would I want this?  Are the lessons different?

The pay-per-lesson program uses the same videos from TARGET but offers it to anyone who doesn't want to pay monthly membership fees and perhaps is only interested in a few songs at a time.  This way people can pay for only what they want and not get additional charges for more lessons until they are ready.  TARGET members get full access to the over 60 full video lessons at all times while they are a member.

Why do I need to sign up for an account?

Pay-per-streaming requires a login because you must log into the site to watch your video.

I don't want an account and I want to download the video to my computer can I do this?

No it is a direct violation of site policy to download any TARGET or pay-per-lesson video to your computer.  We do not offer one time downloads of video lessons.  This is a 24/7 streaming lesson service so there is no need to download.
