It is a fact (well among scousers) that usually the Beatle who sang the song mostly wrote/composed it, but never without input from the other Beatle, so "Yesterday" was purely a McCartney and "In My Life" was Lennon’s with Paul supplying the middle 8.
...DUUH! I'm a charter member and just figured out how that works. Just click on the TARGET! Funny though. The lesson doesn't show up in the master list of Beatles tunes.
