Tin Man - America - Guitar Lesson
Songs & Artists - America
For slower internet connection choose a lower video resolution.

Charts, TAB, and Guitar Pro Files are only made available to our TARGET Members Dewey Bunnell wrote Tin Man, which appeared on America’s fourth album, Holiday. The song uses only a few chords but features double-time strumming that is heavily syncopated.

There are some shapes that may be new to many students that could require some time to master, in particular a 4-string major seventh chord derived from the ‘E’ family.

The lesson includes some chord theory as well as a slowed down run through of the progression.

Great song! America had a lot of really great songs. I won't say they were underrated, but it seems like they get a bad rap because they were "soft rock" and people don't want to admit they liked them or that they were talented. Thanks for the lesson!written by guitardude7, January 29, 2016
