Just starting to get back into the swing of things after a short trip back east last weekend. Today’s News covered the recent releases but was mostly filled with a personal travelogue, which included getting together with a few TGers attending the Al Stewart/Dave Nachmanoff show near Philadelphia, and meeting another one who was on her way to Al’s New York show the next day. I hope some of these folks will share their experiences with us on the Forum soon.

I vaguely remember commenting on Dean’s question about the importance or usefulness of knowing what key you are in, using a little Neil Young as an example. And, in case anybody missed the new stuff… we added Lesson 8 to the Guide To Reading Music, going into the key of E, had a short lesson on the Minuet In G, credited to Bach until 40 years ago, a little more Shawn Colvin with Shotgun Down The Avalanche, and a multi-part Fly lesson with Bob L. going over a lot of musical potpourri.

Next week, maybe less Hogan Family News and more TG News,… maybe not,
